International Association of Assessing Officers
The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) is a nonprofit, educational, and research association. We are a professional membership organisation of government assessment officials and others interested in property tax administration. Founded in 1934, our membership spans more than 8,000 members worldwide from governmental, business, and academic communities.
IAAO is the preeminent source for innovation, education and research in property appraisal, assessment administration and property tax policy.

International Valuation Standards Council
The International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to establishing and promoting global valuation standards to serve the public interest.
As the developer and setter of international technical and ethical standards for valuations we promote consistency and professionalism in the public interest.
Through supporting and enhancing valuation quality, the IVS contributes to stable financial markets and sustainable economic growth.

Property Institute of New Zealand
The Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) is one of New Zealand’s foremost membership organisations, representing more than 2,000 property professionals. PINZ leads conversation, comments on the property industry, fosters debate, provides advocacy and represents members on topical subjects and relevant issues.
Formed in 2000, PINZ offers a range of benefits, products, and services, including research, publications, networking, online resources, and continuing professional development (CPD).
