Any delegates booking under member registration categories must have a valid and current membership number to be included in the online registration at the time of booking.

Yes, you can bring your partner, friend or colleague as a guest to the social functions. 

If your partner, friend or colleague is only attending a social function as your guest, they can be added to your registration. You will be prompted to purchase and add additional guest tickets when you get to this page of the registration process.

If your partner, friend or colleague would like to attend Congress Sessions, they must register separately for their own congress ticket.

There are only two day registration options available; Day 1 and Day 3, and Day 2 and Day 3.  Further details on pricing and registration categories can be found here.

Cancellations before Friday 28 March 2025 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee.

Cancellations from Friday 28 March 2025 to Monday 28 April 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations on or after Monday 28 April 2025 will receive no refund.

Social Functions

Payments for social functions are non-refundable as at Monday 28 April 2025

If you can no longer attend your ticket can be transferred to a different person. You must let us know of any transfers in writing by emailing register.apiglobal2025@arinexgroup.com  prior to the event.  Please note that if any transfers are received after Monday 12 May 2025 the venue may not be able to accommodate any special or dietary requirements.

There will be two social functions held during the Global Property Congress.

These are:

Welcome Reception on Monday 26 May, 6:30pm to 8:30pm Drinks and Canapés

Gala Dinner on Wednesday 28 May, 6:45pm Pre-Dinner Drinks followed by 7:00pm to 10:00pm Three-Course Dinner

Yes, certainly. Most of our Partner and Exhibitor packages include a ticket, or tickets, to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. If your package does not include social function tickets, these can be purchased separately.
