Welcome to the inaugural API Global Property Congress to be held on 26-29 May in Sydney, Australia. We are pleased to collaborate on this important event with the World Association of Valuation Organisations (WAVO), International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), Property Institute New Zealand (PINZ) and the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). This will also be the 5th WAVO IVSC Global Conference.
It will be our great honour to host so many distinguished property professionals as we gather to shape the future for the property sector ecosystem globally. This Congress, themed “Navigating the Future: Innovation, Sustainability, and Resilience in the Global Property Profession,” is a timely call to action for all of us committed to advancing the profession.
In today’s rapidly evolving environment, our collective ability to innovate, adopt sustainable practices and skillsets and build resilient frameworks is more crucial than ever. Throughout the Congress, you will engage in thought-provoking discussions, share groundbreaking innovations and ideas and explore strategies that not only address current challenges but also anticipate the demands of tomorrow’s property landscape.
We are thrilled to be holding this event in Sydney, a city that embodies modern innovation, with a centre of commerce full of historic and cultural richness. Scheduled during the annual Vivid Festival, with the 2025 theme being “Creativity, Innovation and Technology”, the Congress has the perfect backdrop for our exchange of ideas.
